Os elementos estat\u00edsticos reunidos no documento \u201cEvolu\u00e7\u00e3o da Telemedicina: 2020-2022\u201d resultam de uma recolha de informa\u00e7\u00e3o junto das seguradoras associadas da APS para acompanhar o aumento percecionado da oferta e da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das solu\u00e7\u00f5es de telemedicina presentes no mercado segurador.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Default\">Este estudo \u00e9 composto por diversos indicadores, como o n\u00famero de teleconsultas realizadas nas plataformas das seguradoras e nos prestadores de sa\u00fade para as especialidades de medicina geral e familiar, medicina interna e pediatria, ou a efici\u00eancia e experi\u00eancia do cliente (<i>first call resolutions<\/i>), em que \u00a0\u00e9 estudada a dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia da teleconsulta e o n\u00famero de teleconsultas com exames prescritos e medicamentos. Os resultados obtidos s\u00e3o analisados por tipo de seguro e faixa et\u00e1ria e correspondem a uma amostra de 94% do mercado em termos de pr\u00e9mios do ramo Doen\u00e7a em 2022.
