dos <strong>Alunos de MBA de Seguros da Universidade de Leipzig<\/strong>, Alemanha. A APS teve a oportunidade de partilhar informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como dados do mercado segurador portugu\u00eas e os desafios futuros do neg\u00f3cio e, tamb\u00e9m, as iniciativas no \u00e2mbito da CASA, nas v\u00e1rias vertentes de atua\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Academia, Literacia do Risco, Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente Mem\u00f3ria do Seguro \u2013 sublinhando-se como parceiro de conhecimento para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um futuro mais resiliente e tendo como principal miss\u00e3o construir uma literacia do risco para os desafios globais emergentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos pr\u00f3ximos meses, destaque para o in\u00edcio o\u00a0<strong>Curso de Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o em Seguro de Vida e Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Perspetiva T\u00e9cnico-Jur\u00eddica<\/strong> no dia 15 de outubro (link\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apseguradores.pt\/pt\/academia-home\/cursos\/curso?uid=ECD5714A-145D-41A9-AD8B-822A36C81175\">aqui<\/a>), que proporcionar\u00e1 uma vis\u00e3o aprofundada do regime jur\u00eddico do seguro de vida e das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, em sess\u00f5es conduzidas por um corpo docente de excel\u00eancia, composto por professores universit\u00e1rios e especialistas do setor segurador. J\u00e1 em novembro, no dia 5, o <strong>Bugamap<\/strong>, \u2013 um jogo de estrat\u00e9gia criado pela Mapfre Re, dirigido a respons\u00e1veis de \u00e1reas de neg\u00f3cio das empresas de seguros do ramo N\u00e3o Vida. Os participantes assumem pap\u00e9is de lideran\u00e7a e tomam decis\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas, exercitando compet\u00eancias como an\u00e1lise econ\u00f3mica, tomada de decis\u00e3o e trabalho em equipa.
