Europeia, \u00e9 uma iniciativa que visa criar um mercado \u00fanico dos dados, que permita que os dados sejam recolhidos, partilhados e utilizados de forma segura e eficiente na Uni\u00e3o Europeia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Regulamento dos Dados (<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/PT\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=OJ:L_202302854\">Regulamento 2023\/2854, de 13\/12<\/a> &#8211; <em>Data Act<\/em>), aplic\u00e1vel a partir de 12 de setembro de 2025, faz parte dessa iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <em>Data Act <\/em>estabelece regras mais claras sobre o acesso e partilha de dados, contratos mais justos e servi\u00e7os de computa\u00e7\u00e3o em nuvem, criando mais oportunidades, nomeadamente, para o setor segurador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As novas regras definem como os dados de produtos conectados s\u00e3o acedidos e partilhados, garantindo que os utilizadores desses produtos poder\u00e3o aceder e partilhar os dados gerados por esses produtos com terceiros, como as seguradoras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um dos exemplos\u00a0 de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das novas regras mais diz respeito aos carros conectados, equipados para interagirem com outros ve\u00edculos, a <em>internet<\/em>, <em>smartphones<\/em> e assistentes virtuais. Estes dados constituem uma importante fonte de informa\u00e7\u00e3o para as seguradoras, que poder\u00e3o oferecer servi\u00e7os inovadores com base em produtos personalizados e solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Comiss\u00e3o Europeia emitiu recentemente <a href=\"https:\/\/digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu\/en\/library\/guidance-vehicle-data-accompanying-data-act\">orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do Cap\u00edtulo II do Data Act<\/a>, relativo \u00e0 partilha de dados entre empresas que devem ser tidas em conta.
