Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es da Autoridade Banc\u00e1ria Europeia sobre a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o harmonizada dos crit\u00e9rios relativos \u00e0 simplicidade, padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o e transpar\u00eancia (\u201ccrit\u00e9rios STS\u201d) aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0s titulariza\u00e7\u00f5es de papel comercial garantido por ativos (\u201ctitulariza\u00e7\u00e3o ABCP\u201d) e \u00e0 titulariza\u00e7\u00e3o garantida por outros ativos que n\u00e3o papel comercial (\u201ctitulariza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o ABCP\u201d), de 12.12.2018, para efeitos do cumprimento dos requisitos de dilig\u00eancia devida previstos no artigo 5.\u00ba do Regulamento (UE) 2017\/2402, do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 12.12.2017, que estabelece um regime geral para a titulariza\u00e7\u00e3o e cria um regime espec\u00edfico para a titulariza\u00e7\u00e3o simples, transparente e padronizada, e que altera as Diretivas 2009\/65\/CE, 2009\/138\/CE e 2011\/61\/UE e os Regulamentos (CE) n.\u00ba
