D.1.1.1, \u00abImplementa\u00e7\u00e3o das estrat\u00e9gias\u00bb, integrada na interven\u00e7\u00e3o D.1.1, \u00abEstrat\u00e9gias de desenvolvimento local\u00bb, do dom\u00ednio D.1, \u00abDesenvolvimento local de base comunit\u00e1ria\u00bb, do eixo D, \u00abAbordagem territorial integrada\u00bb, do Plano Estrat\u00e9gico da Pol\u00edtica Agr\u00edcola Comum para Portugal (PEPAC no diploma a explora\u00e7\u00e3o disponha de seguro celebrado no \u00e2mbito do sistema de Seguros Agr\u00edcolas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/portaria\/240-2025-919523560\">Portaria n.\u00ba 240\/2025\/1, de 27 de maio<\/a> &#8211; Estabelece o regime espec\u00edfico dos apoios a conceder no que se refere \u00e0 tipologia C.4.1.3, \u00abRestabelecimento do potencial produtivo\u00bb, da interven\u00e7\u00e3o C.4.1, \u00abGest\u00e3o de riscos\u00bb, do dom\u00ednio C.4, \u00abRisco e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o\u00bb, do eixo C, \u00abDesenvolvimento rural\u00bb, do Plano Estrat\u00e9gico da Pol\u00edtica Agr\u00edcola Comum para Portugal (PEPAC Portugal).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O artigo 8.\u00ba define as formas assumidas pelos apoios, nomeadamente no que se refere ao seguro agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n<p
