maio<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; \u00ab1 \u2015 O apuramento do capital devido ao segurado, ao abrigo do contrato de seguro desportivo, por situa\u00e7\u00e3o de invalidez permanente parcial, nos termos do artigo 16.\u00ba, al\u00ednea d), do Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 10\/2009, de 12 de janeiro \u2015 determinado em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do grau de incapacidade fixado e tendo como par\u00e2metro o montante m\u00ednimo de capital previsto no citado artigo 16.\u00ba, atualizado nos termos do artigo 18.\u00ba (ou superior, se contratualmente acordado) \u2015, resulta da multiplica\u00e7\u00e3o da percentagem do grau de incapacidade fixado pelo montante desse capital, independentemente do valor do dano efetivo sofrido pelo lesado. 2 \u2015 A cobertura do contrato de seguro mencionado no ponto 1 n\u00e3o abrange a repara\u00e7\u00e3o dos danos n\u00e3o patrimoniais sofridos pelo segurado\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O
