itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Jos\u00e9 Galamba de Oliveira foi reeleito pela quarta vez consecutiva Presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Seguradores (APS) para mais um mandato de tr\u00eas anos.<\/p>\n<p>A Assembleia Geral para elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais para o novo mandato da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o decorreu na manh\u00e3 do passado dia 25 de mar\u00e7o, com apenas uma lista submetida a vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Seguradores representa mais de 99% das empresas de seguros que operam em Portugal. Neste novo tri\u00e9nio 2025-2027, a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o da APS pretende prosseguir o trabalho que tem vindo a desenvolver com o objetivo de aumentar a visibilidade e\u00a0 credibilidade do setor em Portugal, desenvolvendo um programa e iniciativas centradas naqueles que s\u00e3o os novos desafios que o setor enfrenta e que passam por dar resposta \u00e0s situa\u00e7\u00f5es de crescente desprote\u00e7\u00e3o e vulnerabilidade da sociedade, promover a sustentabilidade, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9tica em Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, a preven\u00e7\u00e3o e a chamada cidadania econ\u00f3mica adicionado maior transpar\u00eancia e conhecimento sobre seguros junto de cidad\u00e3os e empresas e, ao mesmo tempo, contribuir para uma sociedade mais segura, sustent\u00e1vel e saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre a sua reelei\u00e7\u00e3o, Jos\u00e9 Galamba de Oliveira afirma: \u201c\u00e9 um reconhecimento do trabalho que temos vindo a realizar num momento de consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do setor, que ocorre em paralelo com grandes desafios para as seguradoras, como os riscos geopol\u00edticos e as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos novos \u00d3rg\u00e3os Sociais<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Conselho de Dire\u00e7\u00e3o vai contar, para al\u00e9m do Presidente, com representantes das seguintes empresas de seguros: Fidelidade \u2013 Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; Ageas Portugal \u2013 Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; Generali Seguros, S.A.; Zurich Insurance plc &#8211; Sucursal em Portugal; Companhia de Seguros Allianz Portugal, S.A.; Mapfre Seguros Gerais, S.A.; BPI Vida e Pens\u00f5es \u2013 Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; Victoria Seguro; Cr\u00e9dito Agr\u00edcola Seguros &#8211; Companhia de Seguros de Ramos Reais, S.A.; Caravela \u2013 Companhia de Seguros, S.A.<\/p>\n<p>Foram tamb\u00e9m eleitos os membros da Mesa da Assembleia Geral e do Conselho Fiscal da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Seguradores. A Mesa da Assembleia Geral passa a ser presidida pelo Santander Totta Seguros \u2013 Companhia de Seguros de Vida, tendo a Gamalife \u2013 Companhia de Seguros de Vida, S.A. como Vice-Presidente e a Mudum \u2013 Companhia de Seguros S.A. como Secret\u00e1rio.
