itemprop=\"text\" ><div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>REVIS\u00c3O DA DIRETIVA SOLV\u00caNCIA II<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s um extenso processo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o, negocia\u00e7\u00e3o e edi\u00e7\u00e3o, foi finalmente publicada, no Jornal Oficial da Uni\u00e3o Europeia de 8 de janeiro de 2025, a <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/PT\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=OJ:L_202500002\">Diretiva (UE) 2025\/2<\/a>, que altera a Diretiva de Solv\u00eancia II (<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/PT\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=CELEX:02009L0138-20250117\">Diretiva 2009\/138\/CE<\/a>) no que respeita \u00e0s seguintes \u00e1reas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proporcionalidade;<\/li>\n<li>qualidade da supervis\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>presta\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>medidas de garantia a longo prazo;<\/li>\n<li>instrumentos macroprudenciais;<\/li>\n<li>riscos em mat\u00e9ria de sustentabilidade, e<\/li>\n<li>supervis\u00e3o de grupos e transfronteiri\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta altera\u00e7\u00e3o entrou em vigor 20 dias ap\u00f3s a sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, a 28 de janeiro de 2025, e os Estados-Membros ter\u00e3o 24 meses para transpor as altera\u00e7\u00f5es para o ordenamento jur\u00eddico interno, ou seja, at\u00e9 28 de janeiro de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, a EIOPA encontra-se a desenvolver trabalhos regulat\u00f3rios complementares, nomeadamente o desenvolvimento ou revis\u00e3o de Normas T\u00e9cnicas de Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, de Normas T\u00e9cnicas de Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e de Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es, tendo em conta as altera\u00e7\u00f5es introduzidas no Regime. Neste contexto, est\u00e3o j\u00e1 a decorrer diversas consultas p\u00fablicas de instrumentos novos ou revistos no \u00e2mbito deste processo, sendo expect\u00e1vel que a maioria dessas consultas ocorra at\u00e9 meados de 2025.
