responsabilidade decorrente dos produtos defeituosos e que revoga a Diretiva 85\/374\/CEE do Conselho.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/PT\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202402847\">Regulamento (UE) 2024\/2847 do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 23 de outubro de 2024<\/a>, relativo aos requisitos horizontais de ciberseguran\u00e7a dos produtos com elementos digitais e que altera os Regulamentos (UE) 168\/2013 e (UE) 2019\/1020 e a Diretiva (UE) 2020\/1828 (Regulamento de Ciber-Resili\u00eancia).<\/p>\n<p>O artigo 39.\u00ba, n.\u00ba 9 (requisitos aplic\u00e1veis aos organismos notificados) disp\u00f5e sobre a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de um seguro de responsabilidade civil nos seguintes termos: \u201c<em>Os organismos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da conformidade devem subscrever um seguro de responsabilidade civil, a\u00a0n\u00e3o ser que essa responsabilidade seja coberta pelo seu Estado-Membro com base no direito nacional ou que o\u00a0pr\u00f3prio Estado-Membro seja diretamente respons\u00e1vel pelas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es da conformidade.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/PT\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202402883\">Regulamento de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o (UE) 2024\/2883 da Comiss\u00e3o, de 18 de novembro de 2024<\/a> &#8211; estabelece as informa\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas para o c\u00e1lculo das provis\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas e dos fundos pr\u00f3prios de base para efeitos de relato com uma data de refer\u00eancia compreendida entre 30.09.2024 e 30.12.2024, em conformidade com a Diretiva 2009\/138\/CE do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho relativa ao
