n.\u00ba 1, al\u00ednea c), do Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 291\/2007, de 21 de agosto, para que seja reconhecido o direito de regresso \u00e0 seguradora que satisfez a indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o ao lesado, ter\u00e1 a mesma de alegar e provar que o condutor conduzia sob influ\u00eancia de subst\u00e2ncias psicotr\u00f3picas, diminuindo a aptid\u00e3o f\u00edsica e mental do condutor para exercer a
