Conselho, de 13 de junho de 2024, que cria regras harmonizadas em mat\u00e9ria de intelig\u00eancia artificial (IA).<\/p>\n<p>Destinat\u00e1rios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prestadores e respons\u00e1veis pela coloca\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado, a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de IA;<\/li>\n<li>Prestadores e respons\u00e1veis pela coloca\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de modelos de IA de finalidade geral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Principais obriga\u00e7\u00f5es para as empresas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es dos prestadores de sistemas de IA de risco elevado: ado\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema de gest\u00e3o de riscos, garantir a qualidade dos dados de treino, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, desenvolvimento de registo autom\u00e1tico de eventos, permitir a eficaz supervis\u00e3o humana e atingir um n\u00edvel adequado de precis\u00e3o, robustez e seguran\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li>Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es de transpar\u00eancia para determinados sistemas de IA: o sistema dever\u00e1 ser concebido e desenvolvido de forma que as pessoas sejam informadas que est\u00e3o a interagir com um sistema de IA.
