jurisprud\u00eancia, com o seguinte sum\u00e1rio:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em>Para que se possa imputar o acidente e suas consequ\u00eancias danosas \u00e0 viola\u00e7\u00e3o culposa das regras de seguran\u00e7a pelo empregador ou por uma qualquer das pessoas mencionadas no artigo 18.\u00ba, n.\u00ba 1, da LAT, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio apurar se nas circunst\u00e2ncias do caso concreto tal viola\u00e7\u00e3o se traduziu em um aumento da probabilidade de ocorr\u00eancia do acidente, tal como ele efetivamente veio a verificar-se, embora n\u00e3o seja exig\u00edvel a demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o
