itemprop=\"text\" ><div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Os resultados do estudo BECX (Best European Customer Experience ou Melhor Experi\u00eancia do Cliente) para o ano de 2023 revelam que o setor dos Seguros se encontra na 2.\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o do <em>ranking<\/em> (depois do g\u00e1s em garrafa) obtendo um total de 7,6 pontos, num m\u00e1ximo de 10 pontos, e bastante \u00e0 frente do setor da Banca, que se ficou pelo 7.\u00ba lugar.<\/p>\n<p>O setor dos Seguros apresenta as suas maiores valoriza\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dias no \u00edndice de Qualidade (de produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os), com 8,0 pontos; e Canais (7,9 pontos), confirmando a aposta das empresas de seguros em inova\u00e7\u00e3o e tecnologia, acrescentando servi\u00e7os novos e diversificando os meios de contacto com os clientes e benefici\u00e1rios dos seguros.<\/p>\n<p>Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da experi\u00eancia global com os canais utilizados, as Redes Sociais s\u00e3o o canal mais bem avaliado, com 9,1 pontos, seguindo-se a Ag\u00eancia, com 8,4 pontos.<\/p>\n<p>Os canais de contacto com as seguradoras mais utilizados e preferidos pelos clientes inquiridos s\u00e3o a Ag\u00eancia e o Telefone da ag\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Recorde-se que o BECX \u00e9 a refunda\u00e7\u00e3o do anterior Projeto ECSI (European Customer Satisfaction Index), agora com \u00e2mbito alargado e adaptado \u00e0s novas realidades, designadamente aos m\u00faltiplos canais com que atualmente as empresas interagem com os seus clientes e que d\u00e3o origem a um elevado n\u00famero de pontos de contacto.<\/p>\n<p>Saber
